Wine Review: This pitch black colored Malbec from Argentina opens with a fragrant blueberry bouquet with a hint of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is mineral infused ripe blackberry with notes of oak and black plum. I also detected hints of black pepper. The finish is rather dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite some time. I would pair this hearty Malbec with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright and intense in color with beautiful aromas of blackberries, red fruits and exotic floral notes, this wine delivers aromatics that entice the senses. A full lush entry of ripe and rich black fruit surrounds spiced oak notes and hints of pepper. Fresh acidity supports big, bold tannins and wonderful complexity.
