Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile opens with a black currant and black olive bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and savory. The flavor profile is similar to the nose, featuring black currant and black olive with notes of cola and vanilla. I also detected a hint of menthol towards the very end. The finish is dry and its flavor and moderate tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this nice Cab with grilled steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
