Wine Review: This Pinot Grigio is brilliant platinum in color and presents with aromas of sourdough, lemon balm, green apple and flint. On the palate, grapefruit and other citrus flavors dominate, backed by hints of green tea and sour apple hard candy. The finish is a bit tart. It would pair well with raw bar bites like scallop ceviche or halibut crudo. - Jeoff

Winemaker Notes: Pale straw in color with slight golden reflections. Distinctly fruity nose accompanied by slight floral hints. Light and crisp on the palate. A wonderful aperitif and equally splendid with risotto, chicken and fresh seafood dishes.
