Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a nice mild black currant and black cherry bouquet with a hint of herbs. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe black cherry and plum blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints of cinnamon and tarragon. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This Cab would pair well with a cowboy cut prime rib. Enjoy - KWGTP
