Wine Review: This opaque and dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Corley is very good. It opens with a pomegranate and cranberry bouquet with hints of red plum. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. Like the nose, the flavor profile is a craisin and pomegranate blend with notes of red plum. I also detected hints of refined minerality, mulberry and oak. The finish is dry and moderate dry tannins show very nice length. This Cab would pair well with Chinese spareribs. Enjoy – Ken
