Wine Review: This clear and orangish coral colored Rosé from Italy opens with an herbal tea and maraschino cherry bouquet with hints of under ripe strawberry and dried flowers. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, zesty, crisp, and fresh. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and raspberry blend with notes of quince, honey, and green tea. I also detected hints of maraschino cherry, white pepper, and lime zest. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. I would pair this very refreshing Montepulciano Rosé with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken
