Wine Review: This light white gold colored wine opens with a faint lime and apricot bouquet with a hint of pilsner beer. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused spiced Anjou pear with notes of apple and white pepper with hints of pilsner beer. The finish is dry and its minerality flavors linger after the wine is gone.
