Wine Review: This clear light straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Cuvaison opens with a yellow grapefruit and lime zest bouquet with hints of almond and clean linen. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, silky smooth and suave. The flavor profile is mild yellow grapefruit and lemon square blend with notes of green tea and lime. We also detected hints of green pepper and vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with Emeril's crabcakes. Enjoy - Ken & Dave

Winemaker Notes: Our 2023 vintage is refined, brimming with crisp citrus, gooseberry, and Granny Smith apple, with a hint of honeydew melon on the finish. The word Béton, French for "concrete," highlights the wine’s fermentation in concrete eggs. This method preserves freshness and enhances lees contact without oak, resulting in a luscious weight and density that unfolds elegantly on the palate.
