Wine Review: This light pink colored Rose from DRNK is impressive. It is made from Pinot Noir and displays tons of teeny bubbles when poured. It opens with a very attractive and inviting strawberry and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a slightly acidic, round and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused strawberry and tangerine. I also detected hints of gooseberry. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. This Rose is very good and will not last long. It is also food friendly and would pair perfectly with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A visual delight, with pale watermelon to wildrose pink. This rosé has aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and deeper caramelized popcorn undertones with a refreshingly light and clean crisp mouthfeel and long savory dry finish. This wine is a nice accompaniment with a summer lunch or picnic, and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. Consider pairing with fresh fruit, cheese, and other Mediterranean fare.
