Wine Review: If you can find a bottle of this Excellent Touriga Nacional gem, it is a steal for $30. It is opaque and dark ruby colored and opens with a black cherry and new leather bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty blackberry and cedar blend with notes of minerality and black currant. The finish is dry and its well-managed and resolved tannins sail along for a very very long time. This impressive wine from Portugal would be perfect with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
