Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard opens with a light lemon bouquet with notes of oak detected as well. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and creamy. The flavors are a very very tasty light lemon with notes of integrated minerals and green apple. The finish is dry, tingly, and very refreshing. This Chard would pair perfectly with halibut stuffed with crab meat or a rich seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ripe pear, orange blossom and toasted macadamia nut aromas rise from the glass to introduce this classically styled Chardonnay. Luscious, juicy favors of Fuji apple and white peach harmonize with notes of toffee on the mid-palate. Bright citrus acidity prolongs the long, refreshing finish that is accented by nuances of grapefruit zest and creme brulee.
