Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand opens with a bright and vibrant gooseberry and lychee bouquet with hints of lime, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with bright acidity. Yet it also displays a soft and round opening followed by strong grapefruit pith flavors. There were also notes of gooseberry and lots of lime mixed in as well. The bright and lively flavors linger on the finish. We would suggest serving this Sauvignon Blanc with fish tacos. – Karen & Stuart

Winemaker Notes: Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc 2020 displays a pale green-gold hue. It is pristine and gorgeously fragrant. The bouquet shows green rock melon, lemon peel, grapefruit and Gala apple aromas, followed by a juicy palate that delivers terrific fruit intensity and vibrancy. There are layers of green tropical and citrus fruits that are driven through a long finish by crisp acidity. Pair with fresh seafood or delicious creamy pasta dishes.
