Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine made from Pinot Noir grapes opens with a faint red raspberry and watermelon bouquet with hints of musty strawberry and rhubarb. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The flavor profile is a strawberry and faint ruby grapefruit blend with notes of minerality and green apple. The finish is dry and brief. The Panel would pair this Rose with poached trout or a shrimp, avocado and roasted corn salad. Enjoy – KWGTP
