Wine Review: This translucent straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Davis Bynum opens with an inviting fruity citrus bouquet with lemon, tangerine, pineapple and light herbal notes. The medium bodied palate is smooth and crisp with mouthwatering balanced acidity. The flavor profile is lemon and melon blend with notes of light lime, grapefruit and lemongrass. The finish is pleasant and fades away nicely. I would recommend pairing this crowd-pleasing Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc with a creamy risotto. – Joe
