Wine Review: This clear and white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc based blend from DeLille Cellars opens with a white grapefruit and chamomile tea bouquet with hints of lemon zest and limestone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, brisk, fresh, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a lemon and chamomile tea blend with notes of stony minerality and mild grapefruit. I also detected hints of white peach, tarragon, and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. I would pair this white blend with roasted halibut en papillote. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
