Wine Review: This cloudy and dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamond Creek opens with a pleasant black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with notes of black licorice, cedar and graphite. I also detected hints of strawberry as well. The finish is dry and its tannins build-up and last for a very long time. I would pair this gem with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Gravelly Meadow is our lowest yielding vineyard. The wines are described as "earthy, cedary, jammy and ripe blackberry with a spicy expansive finish."
