Wine Review: Once again, the "Red Rock Terrrace" Cabernet Sauvignon was my favorite from Diamond Creek portfolio. It opens with a very inviting black currant bouquet with a hint of new leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, smooth and silky. The flavor profile is a delicious gentle black currant and graphite blend with notes of black tea and nicely integrated cedar. Its refined dry tannins sail on for a very long time. I would pair this fantastic Cab with a dry-aged ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken
