Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamond Creek is excellent! It opens with a gentle cranberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, refined and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty and gentle black currant and mineral blend with notes of tea and earth. The finish is dry and its well-managed tannins drift away nicely. I would serve this Cab with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
