Wine Review: This clear and red colored Pinot Noir from Domaine Drouhin opens with a black raspberry and black tea bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is blackberry and black tea blend with notes of black pepper and oak I also detected hints of black cherry, crushed stone, and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate dusty tannins stick around for a very long time. I would pair this Pinot Noir with a beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
