Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a very mild red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of cherry and red raspberry with a touch of integrated oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger slightly. This is a food friendly option that would pair well with pork chops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Beautiful, dark ruby color. Aromas of fresh, small red fruits (cherries, raspberries, currants), with smoky notes. The fruit is pure and elegant on the palate. Morello cherry and raspberry notes lead to a long, dry finish.
