Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc opens with a fragrant cranberry and flinty wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a gentle cherry and mineral blend with hints of mild oak. I also detected a hint of wild strawberry and pomegranate towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair this Cab Franc with a pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
