Wine Review: This white gold colored white blend from the Rhone opens with a tangerine bouquet with hints of pear and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of minerality and saline. I also detected hints of lime and tangerine in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with Nova Scotia steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken
