Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored wine opens with a fragrant black currant and mild plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle oak infused plum with notes of blueberry and cherry. The finish is dry and its sticky tannins linger for quite some time. This Rhone blend is food friendly and would be perfect with a dry aged ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
