Wine Review: This dark pink Rose is one of the best dry Rose's that I have covered in a while. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle strawberry and red cherry blend with a hint of white pepper and red raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This impressive Rose would pair very nicely with grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
