Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sparkler displays larger than normal bubbles. It is made with Chenin Blanc grapes that came from Vouvray. It opens with an appealing ginger and orange bouquet with some hints of juniper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mineral infused chamomile tea with notes of walnuts and sour dough bread. The finish is dry and it lingers nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this organic sparkler with a mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This graceful yet abundant bubbly entices with aromas of lime and toast that leads to a delicate, yet fresh palate with a hint of spice and a long, lingering finish.
