Wine Review: Vincent and Tania know a thing or two about Chenin Blanc. From South Africa to France, their Chenin Blancs have a distinguishing trait that is uniquely theirs. With a flamboyant fruit-forward palate the wine always hits the front of the palate with an abundance of flavors. All of that sweet peach, baked apples, and anise flavors are tamed with fresh acidity that is masterfully placed somewhere between the mid-palate and finish. Enough of the flavors are allowed to sit on the finish making it one of the longer experiences. Would fare well with braised pork and poached apples. – Nicolay
