Wine Review: This medium gold colored Chenin Blanc from Vouvray opens with chamomile tea and quince bouquet with a hint of ginger ale. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. It is also fresh and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tangy lime, quince, and chamomile tea blend with notes Anjou pear and chalky minerality. I also detected a touch of ginger and nectarine pit in the after taste. The finish seems a bit off dry and lingers nicely. I would pair this Chenin with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Vouvray displays traces of apple and citrus alongside vibrant acidity. An abundance of minerality complements this tartness, keeping the wine beautifully balanced. Crisp, fresh and fruity.
