Wine Review: This is a fun blend from Provence, France. In my glass it was a pale yellow with a light salmon tinge color. The bouquet was an inviting mix of white florals, red cherry, light grapefruit and spicy notes. It was light bodied, with lively high acidity, was bone dry, crisp and clean, yet slightly creamy. There was a lot of minerality with flavors of grapefruit, white peach and light green herbs. The dry, mineral driven finish was long and remained slightly creamy. This is a nice warm weather sipper or pair with a refreshing summer salad. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: The salmon pink color sparkles with bright, clear reflections before greeting the nose with floral and citrus notes evolving into red fruit and spicy aromas. Vivid and quaffable presence on the palate marked by cherry and citrus aromas. The spicy finish progressively reveals a nice minerality.
