Wine Review: This pale copper colored wine from Provence opens with a pleasant light strawberry and wet stone bouquet with hints of rose petals and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with well-managed medium acidity. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral influenced mild strawberry with notes of saline and kumquat. I also detected a hint of maraschino cherry at the very end. The finish is dry and its flavors and a little heat drift away nicely. I would pair this Rose with PEI steamed mussels with garlic and white wine. Enjoy - Ken
