Wine Review: This clear platinum colored Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine de la Garenne opens with a shy lemon and lime zest bouquet with hints of sea breeze and honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, clean, and slightly zesty. The flavor profile is lime and chalky minerality blend with notes of white peach pit and saline. We also detected hints of honeydew melon and white pepper.
