Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored Malbec opens with black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry, new leather and oak. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is black cherry with infused black tea and some minerality. I also detected a hint of plum, old oak, and black pepper as well. The finish is dry and its managed tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with beef stroganoff. Enjoy - Ken
