Wine Review: This light white gold colored un-oaked Chardonnay opens with a mild apricot bouquet with a hint of tangerine and pear. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly crisp and very easy going. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with notes of white pepper and a hint of clementine. The finish is dry and clean. This very good value Chard would pair well with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy – Ken
