Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir is Excellent! It opens with a fragant red raspberry and cranberry bouquet with hints of menthol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a delicious mild red raspberry with notes of red currant with hints of red beet and cola. The finish is dry and its fine tannins fade away nicely. This Pinot is clearly good enough to drink on its own. It would also pair well with pork chops with roasted cinnamon apple slices. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A pure core of beautifully ripe blackberry, black cherry and raspberry aromas extends seamlessly throughout this superb Pinot Noir along with delightful hints of sandalwood and spice. On the mouth, the wine delivers everything it promises with an abundance of succulent berry flavors and an impeccable balance of weight and intensity in an enduring, refreshing finish. - Kenneth Juhasz, winemaker
