Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Auslese opens with a burnt match and apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and extremely easy to drink and enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty orange with hints of lime and apple. The finish is pleasantly sweet and its flavors are slightly prolonged. This wine is rather quaffable. The danger is it comes in 375 ml bottle. So it won’t last long. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Crisp and vibrant, this Auslese is very opulent with beautiful aromas of ripe peaches, nectarines and tangerines, overlayering typical slate characteristics. The sweet fruit is balanced with a finely grained acidity with superb palate length. Enjoy this wine with good friends by itself or match it with a curry dish.
