Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with an attractive mild lemon tea bouquet with hints of red apple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly sweet and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a honey, ripe apple and tangerine blend with hints of nicely integrated minerality and lemon. The finish remains sweet and its flavors are slightly prolonged. This wine would pair well with sliced baguette with Great Hill blue cheese and a little fig spread. Enjoy – Ken
