Wine Review: This pale yellow Germany Spatlese opens with a honey and gentle apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ripe Bosc pear with notes of honey, nectarine and a touch of brown sugar. The finish is nicely refreshing and its flavors remain for a while. This Riesling would pair well with cashew chicken. Enjoy – Ken
