Wine Review: This very pale colored Riesling from Rheinhessen opens with a fragrant lychee and mild peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is rather sweet, acidic, lively and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe peach and lime blend with notes pineapple. The finish is sweet and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This is a nice drinking Riesling. I would serve it as an aperitif. Enjoy - Ken
