Wine Review: This pale straw colored Reserve Riesling from the Finger Lake won over the panel. It opens with a ginger and pineapple bouquet with a hint of green apple. On the palate, this wine is sweet and slightly acidic. The panel detected robust honey, peach and ripe apricot flavors. They also detected a touch of minerality. The finish lingers and then drifts away nicely. The panel suggested pairing this Riesling with NYAJ’s Vietnamese salmon or Cajun shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
