Wine Review: This faint white gold colored Riesling is almost clear. It opens with a fragrant and appealing lychee and honeydew melon ball bouquet with a hint of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with some mouthwatering acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee and green apple blend with hints of wax candy and lime. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with roasted garlic chicken or a turkey sandwich. – Enjoy – Ken
