Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a fragrant lemon-lime bouquet with hints of grapefruit and white peach pit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, nicely balanced, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile features juicy pink grapefruit and Meyer lemon along with notes of chalky minerality and white peach. We also detected hints of green apple, lime, and a dash of white pepper. The finish is refreshing and lingers for a very long time. We would enjoy this very good Riesling with oysters, fried chicken, and friends at the beach. Cheers - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Dry, rich, and seductive. The riper vineyard site expresses tangerine, grapefruit, and candied lemon zest balanced with mineral notes of shale and wet stones. The mouthfeel is round and rich with enough acidity to cut through. Pair with swordfish (lightly grilled), bratwurst, or scallops.
