Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Finger Lakes opens with a rose pedal and mild teaberry gum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a maraschino cherry and red plum blend with notes of teaberry gum. I also detected some subtle hints of cedar and cinnamon. The finish is dry and refreshing. This friendly Pinot Noir is versatile. I would pair it with Theresa's cranberry, maple syrup and mushroom's chicken dish. Enjoy - Ken
