Wine Review: This medium straw colored "Semi-Dry" Riesling from Dr. Frank opens with a beeswax and ginger bouquet with hints of mango and petrol. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and semi-sweet. The flavor profile is a lemon, ginger and chamomile tea blend with notes of minerality. I also detected hints of pink grapefruit and lime. The finish remains off-dry and lingers nicely. Everyone that tried it liked it. This Riesling would pair well Emeril's crab cakes. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Delicate at first then tropically ripe, brimming with apricot, nectarine and a touch of pineapple. Lemon citrus and acacia blossom balance the sweetness effortlessly. Pair with Middle Eastern, Moroccan, Thai, and Asian cuisines.
