Wine Review: This white gold colored dry-styled Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with Anjou pear and golden delicious apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and refreshing. The flavor profile is blend of green apple and Anjou pear with notes minerality. I also picked up some hints of ginger, lime and saline mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Riesling would pair well with fish tacos. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ripe and tropical, harmonizing fresh lime juice, fresh citrus and petrol stoniness from the Keuka vineyards with cantaloupe and tangerine from the Seneca vineyards. Behind the zingy freshness are a rich body and a discreet creaminess which form a well-balanced union ideal for long-term aging. Pair with apples, soft cheeses, white fish (lightly prepared), or sushi.
