Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild lime and lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is off-dry with medium acidity. We also found it to be pleasantly mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a lime and lychee blend with notes of saline and apricot. We also detected a touch of minerality in the mix. The finish remains off-dry and lingers nicely. We would pair this Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops. Ken & Joe

Winemaker Notes: Our classic semi-dry style of Riesling made from vines dating back to 1958 from both our estate vineyard sites. Delicate at first then tropically ripe, brimming with apricot, nectarine and a touch of pineapple. Lemon citrus and acacia blossom balance the sweetness effortlessly. Pair with Middle Eastern, Moroccan, Thai, and Asian cuisines.
