Wine Review: This entry level Riesling from the Loosen Brothers is off-dry. It is a white gold color. Make sure the wine is not too cold to enjoy the bouquet of orange blossom, lime, peach and beeswax. It is medium bodied and round with ample acidity. Flavors of sweet white peach, green apple, grapefruit, a touch of honey and integrated minerality. The finish is moderate. This is an easy to drink wine, and I would have some General Gao's Chicken with it. – Mark
