Wine Review: This golden yellow colored dessert wine opens with an attractive and fragrant orange marmalade bouquet with hints of apricot and fresh sliced peach. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous and pleasant sweet. The flavor profile is pleasant blend of orange marmalade and apricot with hints of honey. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger quite nicely well after the wine is gone. This very nice Beerenauslese level Riesling would be fine to serve on its own. You could also pair it up with Italian anise cookies. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pear, floral and apricot notes permeate this elegant Riesling, whose texture is light and airy, despite the intense sweetness. Picks up hoeney and caramel accents on the finish. Perfect aperitif. Have it with a foie gras on toasted brioche and tomato jelly.
