Wine Review: This Riesling from Dr. Pauly opens with a wet stone and lime like bouquet with a hint of clementine. On the palate, this wine is pleasantly sweet, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild lime with hints of gentle lemon iced tea. The finish remains a little sweet and drifts away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with Chinese foods. Chicken lo-mein comes to mind. Enjoy- Ken
