Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a fragrant pear and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and semi-sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty Bosc pear with notes of white peach and gentle minerality. I also detected a hint of lime and green tea towards the end. The finish remains semi-sweet and lingers nicely. This Riesling is very quaffable and would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Noble House Riesling has forward ripe peach and apricot aromas, and flavors that reflect the minerality typical of the Middle Mosel slate terrain. Its finish is long and lingering. An ideal match with Asian cuisine, especially with sweet/sour dishes or sushi.
