Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Dr. Pauly opens with a lime and candle wax like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile features Squirt soda flavors with notes of minerality and touch of lime zest. Its dry finish lingers and is quite refreshing. This Riesling is a bit of a quaffer and would be perfect on a hot beach day. Serve it slightly chilled. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine has a refreshing and irrepressible aroma that exudes significant power, emerging with the bouquet of violets when exposed to air. The taste is marked by a distinctive acidity. It is an ideal partner for any kind of fish. Try it with Dover sole or pike.
