Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with an inviting pomegranate and gentle raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy with not edges at all. It nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry with notes of red plum. I also detected hints of strawberry, green tea, mild earthy minerality and cedar. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. This Pinot would pair well with a charcuterie and cheese platter. Enjoy - Ken
